fa همبستگی هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی با مهارت‌های ارتباطی گروهی از دانشجویان پیراپزشکی سایر موضوعات Other Fields پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>زمینه: </strong>اهمیت توجه به مهارت های ارتباطی و متغیرهای تاثیرگذار برآن نسبت به گذشته افزایش چشمگیری داشته است. از جمله متغیرهای تاثیرگذار بر مهارت های ارتباطی هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی می باشد. هدف این مطالعه تعیین ارتباط هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی با مهارت&shy;های ارتباطی دانشجویان پیراپزشکی،&nbsp; دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم بود.<br> <strong>روش بررسی:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی روی دانشجویان پیراپزشکی انجام شد. تعداد 275 دانشجوی دانشکده پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی قم که بصورت تصادفی انتخاب شده بودنددر این مطالعه شرکت کردند. جهت جمع آوری داده از فرم ثبت اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی، پرسشنامه پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی و مقیاس باورهای خودکارامدی و مقیاس صلاحیت ارتباطی خود ادراک شده استفاده شد. تحلیل رگرسیون و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای تحلیل داده استفاده شد.<br> <strong>یافته&shy;ها:</strong> بطور کلی 5/49% از دانشجویان میزان مهارت ارتباطی خود را در سطح متوسط و 1/26% نیز در سطح بالا ارزیابی کرده بودند. مدل چند متغیره تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک نشان داد که خودکارآمدی (17/1-03/1<strong>:</strong><span dir="LTR">CI 95%</span>، 10/1:<span dir="LTR">OR</span>) و بعد توانایی استفاده از هیجانات (36/1-08/1<strong>:</strong><span dir="LTR">CI 95%</span>، 17/1:<span dir="LTR">OR</span>) با مهارت&shy;های ارتباطی دانشجویان ارتباط دارند.<br> <strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری:</strong> نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد مهارت های ارتباطی با هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی ارتباط دارد و در این مطالعه افراد با هوش هیجانی و باورهای خودکارآمدی بالاتر ، مهارت های بیشتر و موثرتری در برقراری ارتباط با دیگران داشتند. <strong>Background:</strong> The importance of paying attention to communication skills and the variables that affect it has increased significantly compared to the past. Among the variables affecting communication skills are emotional intelligence and self-efficacy. The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficacy with communication skills of a group of medical students.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> This study was a descriptive-analytical study. A total of 275 randomly selected students from the Faculty of Paramedical Sciences of Qom University of Medical Sciences participated in this study. Demographic information sheet, test anxiety questionnaire, and self-efficacy belief scale were used as data collection tools. Pearson regression analysis and correlation coefficient were used for data analysis.<strong><span dir="RTL"></span></strong><br> <strong>Results:</strong> In general, 49.5% of students rated their communication skills at the intermediate level and 26.1% at the high level.
