fa طراحی و اعتباربخشی الگوی برنامه درسی کارورزی دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان رویکردهای جدید در طراحی برنامه درسی New Approaches to Curriculum Design پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <strong>مقدمه: </strong>دانش و مهارت&shy;های کسب شده در مؤسسات آموزش عالی نقش مهمی در توسعه&shy;ی فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشورها دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی و اعتباربخشی الگوی برنامه درسی کارورزی دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی دانشگاه فرهنگیان انجام شده‌است.<br> <strong>روش کار: </strong>روش پژوهش، ترکیبی (آمیخته) و جامعه مورد مطالعه شامل متخصصان برنامه‌ریزی‌درسی، اساتید دانشگاه&shy;های تهران شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی&nbsp; 98-1397 و کارشناسان گروه‌های درسی دفتر تألیف بودند. برای نمونه&shy;گیری از پژوهش&shy;های مرتبط با کارورزی از روش نمونه&shy;گیری هدفمند، و جهت نمونه&shy;گیری از متخصصان از روش نمونه&shy;گیری گلوله برفی استفاده‌شد. جهت گردآوری داده&shy;های حاصل از بررسی اسناد، از چک لیست تحلیل اسناد و برای جمع&shy;آوری داده&shy;های مربوط به اعتبارسنجی الگو، از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده<span dir="LTR">‌</span>شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده&shy;های مرتبط با طراحی الگو از تحلیل و استنباط و برای تحلیل داده&shy;های حاصل از پرسشنامه و اعتبارسنجی از آمار توصیفی و در برآورد روایی و پایایی ابزار، از روایی محتوایی و نیز از آلفای کرونباخ بهره گرفته‌شد.<br> <strong>نتایج: </strong>نتیجه پژوهش، ارائه الگوی پیشنهادی متشکل از مبانی، عناصر برنامه درسی کارورزی است که از نظر متخصصان معتبر می&shy;باشد.<br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>برای هر بخش از الگو مؤلفه&shy;هایی ارائه‌گردید که توجه به آن‌ها بستر مناسبی برای برنامه&shy;ریزان در طراحی و تدوین برنامه درسی کارورزی دوره کارشناسی دانشجومعلمان فراهم می&shy;نماید. Abstract<br> Introduction: Knowledge and skills acquired in higher education institutions have an important role in the cultural, social and economic development of the country. The aim of this study was to design and validate the internship curriculum model for undergraduate students of Farhangian University.<br> Methods: The research method was mixed (mixed) and the study population included curriculum planning specialists, professors of Tehran universities in the 1397-98 academic year, and study research departments of the author&#39;s office. Target sampling method was used to sample internship-related research, and snowball sampling method was used to sample specialists. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data from document review, list analysis of documents and data collection related to validation model.
