fa عنوان شناسایی مؤلفه های دانشگاه بین المللی و ارایه الگوی مناسب برای نظام آموزش عالی ایران از نظر صاحب نظران: یک مطالعه ترکیبی Identifying the components of an international university and presenting an appropriate model for the Iranian higher education system from the experts' point of view: a mixed study پ‍ژوهش در آموزش علوم پزشکی Research in Medical Science Education پژوهشی اصيل Original Research مقدمه: بین المللی شدن به عنوان یک مفهوم استراتژیک، پدیده ای نسبتاً جدید، گسترده و متنوع در آموزش عالی است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، شناسایی مؤلفه های دانشگاه بینا لمللی و ارائه مدل مناسب برای نظام آموزش عالی ایران بود. روش کار: این پژوهش با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی انجام شد. جامعه آماری بخش کیفی، متخصصان و اساتید دانشگاه های کشور در حوزه دانشگاه بین المللی بودند که 15 نفر طبق اصل اشباع نظری با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی، 235 نفر از اعضاء هیأت علمی دانشگاه ها بودند که با استفاده از روش در دسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردیدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در بخش کیفی، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و بررسی اسناد موجود در این زمینه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه ی محقق ساخته مبتنی بر داده های بخش کیفی با 90 گویه بود. پس از دسته بندی سؤالات اولیه، روایی محتوایی آنها به دو روش کیفی (10 نفر از متخصصان) و کمی (بررسی میزان توافق هر سؤال با استفاده از ضریب روایی محتوایی(CVR) انجام شد. با استفاده از ضریب هولستی، پایایی پرسشنامه 97/0 برآورد گردید. نتایج: تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش تحلیل مضمون با رویکرد استقرایی نشان داد متغیرهای دانشگاه بین المللی با دو مؤلفه، سازمانی با شش مؤلفه و آموزشی- پژوهشی با چهار مؤلفه از عوامل اصلی توسعه دانشگاه بین المللی هستند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به مضامین شناسایی شده، الگوی پیشنهادی جهت توسعه دانشگاه بین المللی، چارچوبی را برای تصمیم سازان و سیاستگذاران آموزش عالی فراهم می آورد که بتوانند از ظرفیت ها و قابلیت های این مدل به صورت هدفمند و مناسب در راستای تقویت و توسعه دانشگاه بین المللی بهره گیرند.   Introduction: Internationalization as a concept and strategic agenda is a relatively new, broad, and varied phenomenon in tertiary education. This study aimed to identify the components of an international university and present a suitable model for the Iranian higher education system. Methods: This research was conducted with a mixed exploratory approach. The statistical population of the qualitative section was the experts and professors of the country's universities in the field of international universities, 15 of whom were selected according to the principle of theoretical saturation with the purposeful sampling method. The statistical population of the quantitative part was the faculty members of the universities in 1399-1400, and 235 people were selected as a sample using the available method. The tools of data collection in the qualitative part were semi-structured interviews and document review in this field, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire based on the data of the qualitative part with 90 items. After categorizing the initial questions, their content validity was done using two qualitative methods (10 experts) and quantitative (checking the agreement level of each question using the CVR content validity coefficient). Using the Holstein coefficient, the reliability of the questionnaire was estimated at 0.97. Results: Data analysis with thematic analysis method with inductive approach showed that the variables of international university with two components, organization with six components and educational-research with four components are the main factors of international university development. Conclusions: According to the identified themes, the proposed model for the development of the international university provides a framework for higher education decision makers and policy makers who can use the capacities and capabilities of this model in a targeted and appropriate manner in order to strengthen and develop the international university.   آموزش عالی, بین المللی شدن, دانشگاه بین المللی, دانشجویان بین المللی.
