fa نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی به برنامه‌های درسی علوم پایه سنتی و ترکیبی سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p><strong>اهداف</strong><strong>: </strong>بررسی نگرش دانشجویان رشته پزشکی به این رشته تحصیلی نقش موثری در برنامه‌ریزی‌های کشوری و ارزیابی برنامه‌های آموزشی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به برنامه‌های آموزشی سنتی و ادغام‌یافته علوم پایه پزشکی، انجام شد. </p><p><strong>روش‌ها: </strong>این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی در سال 1390 در کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تهران و شهید بهشتی انجام شد و 200 دانشجوی پزشکی در مقطع کارورزی به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. دانشجویان منتخب از دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در گروه برنامه آموزشی سنتی و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در گروه برنامه آموزشی ادغامی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسش‌نامه خودایفا و استانداردشده برای تعیین نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS 17 و با استفاده از آزمون T مستقل برای مقایسه گویه‌های 9گانه پرسش‌نامه در دو دانشگاه انجام شد. </p><p><strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>: </strong>اختلاف معنی‌داری در نگرش دانشجویان دو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران و شهید بهشتی در گویه‌های 1، 3، 4، 5، 7 و 9 مشاهده نشد (05/0<p)، ولی در گویه‌های 2، 6 و 8 اختلاف معنی‌دار ب ود. همچنین، در گویه‌های 6 و 8 بین پاسخ دانشجویان پسر و در گویه 1 بین پاسخ دانشجویان دختر دو دانشگاه، اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. </p><p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>دانشجویان پزشکی با وجود نداشتن نگرش چندان مثبت نسبت به اهمیت واقعی علوم پایه، نسبت به آموزش علوم پایه به‌صورت ادغامی اشتیاق بیشتری دارند . </p> <p><strong>Aims: </strong>Studying the medical students’ attitudes to their academic major is significant in the improvement of the national planning and evaluation of the curriculum. This study was an attempt to investigate the students’ attitudes toward the traditional and integrated basic sciences curriculum. </p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This descriptive-cross sectional study was conducted in 2010 in all of Tehran and Shahid-Beheshti Universities of Medical Sciences and 200 internship medical students were selected using simple random sampling. The students selected from Tehran University of Medical Sciences were assigned to the traditional curriculum and students of Shahid-Beheshti University of Medical Sciences were assigned to the integrated curriculum. Data collection tool was standardized self-administered questionnaire to examine the medical students’ attitude. Statistical analysis of data was done using SPSS 17 software as well as independent T-test to compare the 9 items of the questionnaire in two mentioned universities. </p><p><strong>Results: </strong>For both of Tehran and Shahid-Beheshti Universities of Medical Sciences, no significant difference was observed between the students’ attitude regarding the items 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 (p>0.05). However, concerning items 2, 6 and 8, there was a significant difference.
