<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">روشها:</span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی است که 422 بیمار بستری در بیمارستان علی ابن ابیطالب (ع) شهر زاهدان در سال 1402، در پژوهش شرکت نمودند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش پرستار به بیمار بود که نسبت روایی محتوا 99/0 و شاخص روایی محتوا 80/0 محاسبه شد. . پایایی ابزار از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 91/0 گزارش گردید. دادهها جمعآوری شده و در نرم افزار افزار آماری </span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%">SPSS26</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""> تحلیل شدند و از آزمونهای آماری کایاسکوئر و آنالیزواریانس استفاده شد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

<span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">نتیجهگیری: </span></span></span></b><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra"">نتایج نشان داد کمترین میانگین نمره اثربخشی آموزش ها در بخش داخلی و بیشترین میانگین نمره اثربخشی در بخش سوختگی بوده است.در نهایت عملکرد پرستاران در ارائه آموزش اثر بخش به بیماران مطلوب است، اما نیاز به ارتقاء سطح معلومات حرفهای خصوصا در حیطه داروها میباشد چرا که بیشترین نیاز بیماران به چگونگی استفاده از داروها در زمان ترخیص میباشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span>

The data collection tool included a demographic information form and a questionnaire to evaluate the effectiveness of nurse-to-patient teaching. the content validity ratio was 0.99 and content validity index was 0.81 and The reliability calculated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.91. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS 26 statistical software. The Chi-square and ANOVA statistical tests were used.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>

Finally the performance of nurses was desirable in providing effective training to patients, but there is still a need to improve the level of professional knowledge, especially in the field of drugs teaching, because the most important need of patients was how to use drugs at the time of discharge.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br>
