fa عوامل موثر بر نگرش اساتید و دانشجویان نسبت به آموزش الکترونیکی Factors affecting the attitude of Faculty and Students towards electronic education آموزش مجازی علوم پزشکی Virtual Medical Education پژوهشی اصيل Original Research مقدمه : آموزش مجازی یکی از بروزترین محیط های یادگیری در عصر حاضر محسوب می شود. برای هر کاربر چه دانشجو و چه استاد به عنوان اصلی ترین عناصر نظام آموزشی در کنار عدم ایجاد محدودیت زمانی و مکانی ، یک محیط  یاددهی و یادگیری انعطاف پذیر و راحت ایجاد می نماید. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی عوامل موثر بر نگرش اساتید و دانشجویان بعد از پیاده سازی آموزش الکترونیکی در دوران کووید ۱۹ بود. روش ها : مطالعه توصیفی – پیمایشی حاضر  بر روی 391 نفر از دانشـجویان و ١15نفـر از اسـاتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان در دانشکده های تابعه که با روش نمونه گیـری تصـادفی طبقـه ای نسـبتی انتخـاب شـدند، انجـام گرفت . از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد آمادگی یادگیری الکترونیکی و نگرش استادان به یادگیری الکترونیکی استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با روشهای آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی [تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه ANOVA و آزمون تی] با نرم افزار spss نسخه  ۲۲ انجام شد. یافته ها : "میزان دسترسی دانشجویان به فناوری مورد نیاز برای یادگیری الکترونیکی" با میانگین(۱.۱ ±۸۹/۳) بیانگر آمادگی خوب و "کسب مهارتها و ارتباطات لازم و پیوسته" با میانگین(۷۰. ± ۰۶/۴ ) بیشترین نمره از نگاه داشجویان بود و اساتید بیشترین نمره را به احساس مفید بودن با میانگین (۷۶.± ۲۹/۴) و آموزشهای چندرسانه ای با میانگین (۸۶. ±۱۱/۴) اختصاص داده بودند که حاکی از انگیزه بالای آنها در بکار بردن آموزش الکترونیکی بود. نتیجه گیری : نگرش مثبت دانشجویان با رعایت فاکتورهای لازم در آموزش الکترونیکی نشان می دهد که این نوع آموزش می‌تواند به فرآیند یادگیری آنان کمک کند. احساس مثبت و قصد استفاده از این ابزار توسط اساتید موجب استفاده مطلوب از بستر آموزش الکترونیکی در نظام آموزشی است. Introduction: Electronic education is considered one of the most updated learning environments in this era. It creates a flexible and comfortable teaching and learning environment for every user, both students and professors, as the main elements of the educational system, in addition to not creating time and place restrictions. Knowing the level of preparation and attitude of these users is a necessity for the successful implementation of e-learning. The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the attitude of Faculty and students after the implementation of e-learning in the era of Covid-19. Methods The present descriptive-survey study was conducted on 391 students and 115 Faculty of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences in affiliated faculties that were selected by stratified random sampling method. Two standard e-learning readiness and Faculty' attitude questionnaires to e-learning were used. Data analysis was done with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics [one-way analysis of variance ANOVA and t-test] with SPSS software version 22. Results: Students' access to the technology required for e-learning" with mean of 3.89 ± 1.1 indicates good preparation and "acquiring the necessary and continuous skills and communication with mean of 4.06 ± 70 has the highest score from the point of view. There were students and the professors assigned the highest score to the sense of usefulness with mean of 29.76 ± 4 and multimedia training with mean of 86.4 ± 11.00, which indicated their high motivation in using electronic education. Conclusion: The positive attitude of students by observing the necessary and necessary factors in e- leaning shows that this type of education can significantly help their learning process.
