fa مطالعه تاثیر روش های آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه سازی بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی: یک مطالعه مروری Evaluation the Impact of Simulation-Based Teaching Methods on the Quality of Clinical Education in Medical Students: A Review Study روش‌های نوین تدریس در علوم پزشکی New Methods of Teaching in Medical Sciences مروری سيستماتيک Systematic Review مقدمه: پیشرفت در آموزش علوم پزشکی موجب شده است از روش آموزش شبیه سازی برای تمرین دوره های بالینی بیشتر استفاده شود. دانشجویان علوم پزشکی برای ورود به بالین نیازمند کسب تجربه و مهارت های روانی- حرکتی می باشند. به نظر می رسد فراهم آوردن  شرایط شبیه سازی شده مانند بالین بهترین راه برای آموزش و تمرین مکرر برای قضاوت در شرایط پیچیده است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر روش های آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه سازی بر کیفیت آموزش بالینی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی می باشد. روش ها: این مطالعه مروری بر مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه روش های آموزشی مبتنی بر شبیه سازی از سال 1398 الی 1402 است. مطالعات ایرانی با استفاده از کلید واژگان آموزش بالینی، کیفیت، دانشجویان علوم پزشکی، و شبیه سازی و با جستجو در پایگاه های داده PubMed، Google scholar و همچنین پایگاه های داخلی همچون پایگاه ایرانمدکس و مگیران جمع آوری گردید. یافته ها: در مجموع، از تعداد 128 مقاله به دست آمده، تعداد 11 مقاله مورد وارد مطالعه شد و مورد بررسی نهایی قرار گرفت. مطالعات شامل 2 مقاله توصیفی، 1مقاله کیفی، 7 مقاله نیمه تجربی و 1 مقاله کارآزمایی بالینی بود. بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده از مطالعه حاضر، شبیه سازی آموزش بالینی، سبب ایجاد محیط امن آموزشی، بهبود مهارت های بالینی، افزایش رضایتمندی و خودکارمدی و  افزایش اعتماد به نفس در دانشجویان می گردد. نتیجه گیری: آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی یک رویکرد آموزشی ارائه می‌کند و تحقیقات بیشتر برای شناسایی اینکه چگونه آموزش پزشکی مبتنی بر شبیه سازی می تواند انگیزه دانشجویان علوم پزشکی را افزایش دهد، مورد نیاز است. ادغام آموزش های مرسوم با آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه سازی می تواند در یادگیری در بین دانشجویان موثر باشد. Introduction: Advances in medical education have led to an increased use of simulation-based teaching methods for practicing clinical courses. Medical students require experience and psychomotor skills to enter clinical practice. It seems that providing simulated conditions similar to clinical settings is the best way for training and repeated practice in complex decision-making scenarios. This study aimed to examine the impact of simulation-based teaching methods on the quality of clinical education in medical students. Methods: This review study encompasses research conducted on simulation-based educational methods from 2019 to 2023. Related Iranian articles were collected using keywords such as clinical education, quality, medical students, and simulation by searching databases like PubMed, Google Scholar, as well as domestic databases like Iranmedex and Magiran. Results: A total of 128 articles were obtained, out of which 11 were included in the study for final review. The studies consisted of 2 descriptive articles, 1 qualitative article, 7 quasi-experimental articles, and 1 clinical trial. Based on the results of the present study, simulation in clinical education creates a safe learning environment, improves clinical skills, increases satisfaction and autonomy, and boosts confidence in students. Conclusion: Simulation-based medical education offers an educational approach, and further research is needed to identify how simulation-based medical education can enhance the motivation of medical students.
