fa مروری بر نقش خلاقیت و نوآوری بر آموزش حین کار پرستاران The Role of Creativity and Innovation in Nurses' On-the-Job Training: A Narrative Review روش‌های نوین تدریس در علوم پزشکی New Methods of Teaching in Medical Sciences مروری نقلی Narrative Review مقدمه: در عصر تحولات سریع فناوری و افزایش انتظارات از نظام سلامت، آموزش پرستاران نیازمند رویکردهای نوین و خلاقانه است. آموزش‌های سنتی اغلب نمی‌توانند شکاف بین دانش نظری و نیازهای پیچیده بالینی را پر کنند. این مطالعه باهدف بررسی نقش راهبردهای خلاقانه و نوآورانه در آموزش ضمن خدمت پرستاران و تأثیر آن بر کیفیت مراقبت و عملکرد بالینی آنها انجام شده است. روش‌ها: این مطالعه یک مرور روایی است که با بهره‌گیری از متدولوژی JBI، مقالات منتشر شده بین سال‌های 1393 تا 1403(2025-2015) را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. جستجوی الکترونیکی در پایگاه های Magiran ، Google Scholar ،Scopus ،PubMed و جهاد دانشگاهی با استفاده از کلیدواژه های فارسی و انگلیسی آموزش ضمن خدمت (In-service training)، پرستاران (Nurses)، خلاقیت (Creativity)، نوآوری (Innovation) و کیفیت مراقبت (Quality of care ) انجام شد. از 85 مقاله اولیه، 8 مقاله که از نظر محتوایی مرتبط بودند و دسترسی به متن کامل آنها امکان پذیر بود، پس از ارزیابی کیفیت با چک لیست های استاندارد JBI، وارد مطالعه شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج مطالعات نشان داد که ادغام رویکردهای خلاقانه در آموزش ضمن خدمت پرستاران می‌تواند به طور قابل‌توجهی بر یادگیری و عملکرد حرفه‌ای آنها تأثیر مثبت بگذارد. به‌عنوان‌مثال، آموزش مبتنی بر شبیه‌سازی منجر به بهبود ۳۷٪ در مهارت‌های ارتباطی پرستاران شد. روش‌های ترکیبی (گیمیفیکیشن + یادگیری الکترونیک) مشارکت یادگیری را تا ۸۹٪ افزایش داد. بااین‌حال موانع اصلی اجرای این رویکردها شامل کمبود بودجه و مقاومت سازمانی گزارش شد. نتیجه‌گیری: ادغام فناوری‌های نوین مانند شبیه‌سازی مجازی و پلتفرم‌های تعاملی در برنامه‌های آموزش ضمن خدمت پرستاری، با حمایت سیاست‌گذاران و تخصیص منابع مالی، می‌تواند کیفیت مراقبت‌های بالینی را تا 40% افزایش دهد. این رویکردها علاوه بر افزایش مهارت های فنی، به تقویت مهارت های غیرفنی نظیر تفکر انتقادی و تصمیم گیری در شرایط بالینی پیچیده کمک می کنند. تأکید بر طراحی برنامه های آموزشی مبتنی بر نیازهای واقعی پرستاران و فراهم آوردن بستر مناسب برای نوآوری، از اهمیت باالیی برخوردار است. Introduction: In the era of rapid technological developments and increasing expectations from the health system, nurse education requires new and creative approaches. Traditional education often cannot fill the gap between theoretical knowledge and complex clinical needs. This study aimed to investigate the role of creative and innovative strategies in in-service training of nurses and their impact on the quality of care and their clinical performance. Methods: This study is a narrative review that, using the JBI methodology, examined articles published between 1393 and 1403 (2015-2025). An electronic search was conducted in Magiran, Google Scholar, Scopus, PubMed, and Jihad Daneshgahi databases using the Persian and English keywords of in-service training, nurses, creativity, innovation, and quality of care. Of the initial 85 articles, 8 articles that were relevant in terms of content and had access to their full text were included in the study after assessing the quality with the standard JBI checklists. Results: The results of the studies showed that the integration of creative approaches in in-service training of nurses can significantly positively affect their learning and professional performance. For example, simulation-based training led to a 37% improvement in nurses' communication skills. Combined methods (gamification + e-learning) increased learning participation by 89%. However, the main barriers to implementing these approaches were reported to include lack of funding and organizational resistance .
