fa نیازهای آموزشی مربیان کمک‌های اولیه جمعیت هلال احمر سلامت Health پژوهشی اصيل Original Research <p><strong> اهداف: </strong>نیازسنجی یکی از بحث‌انگیزترین مفاهیم حوزه خدمات اجتماعی، تعلیم و تربیت و برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، <i>نیازسنجی و اولویت‌بندی آموزشیِ مربیان امداد و کمک‌های اولیه جمعیت هلال احمر استان آذربایجان غربی از نظر کارشناسان، مسئولان آموزشی و مربیان بود. </i></p><p><strong>روش‌ها:</strong> این پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی در مربیان امداد و کمک‌های اولیه و کارشناسان و مسئولان آموزشی جمعیت هلال احمر استان آذربایجان غربی سال 1390 انجام شد . 189 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه شامل 30 گویه درباره نیازهای آموزشی مربیان امداد و کمک‌های اولیه استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون‌های فریدمن و کروسکال- والیس با کمک نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS 14 استفاده شد. </p><p><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>تفاوت معنی‌داری بین نیازهای اولویت‌بندی‌شده از دید مربیان و مسئولان آموزشی مشاهده شد (001/0=p). مهم‌ترین اولویت آموزشی از دید مربیان "برگزاری دوره‌های غیرحضوری از طریق ارسال کتب و منابع خودآموز" و از دید مسئولان "آشنایی با روش‌ها و فنون تدریس و اداره کلاس" بود. در مجموع اختلاف بین دو گروه در اولیوت‌بندی نیازهای آموزشی زیاد بود. </p><p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>هرچند مربیان و مسئولان آموزشی جمعیت هلال احمر در اولویت‌بندی نیازها با هم اختلافات جدی دارند، اما در حیطه آموزش، بیشترین نیاز را "برگزاری دوره‌های بازآموزی و ارایه جدیدترین مطالب مربوط به تدریس امداد در طول سال" و کمترین نیاز را "آشنایی با آسیب‌های مفصلی و استخوانی" می‌دانند. </p> <p><strong>Amis: </strong>Needs assessment is one of the most controversial concepts in the field of social services , education and training and curriculum planning . This study aimed to assess and prioritization the needs of first aid trainer’s of West Azarbaijan<strong> </strong>Red Crescent Society in the viewpoint of experts, educational managers and trainers. </p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This survey- descriptive research was performed in experts, educational managers and trainers of West Azarbaijan<strong> </strong>Red Crescent Society in 2010. 189 individuals were selected by simple randomly sampling method. Data were gathered by a questionnaire with 30 questions about educational needs of first aid trainers. Friedman and Kruskal Wallis tests were used for data analyses by using SPSS 14 statistical software. </p><p><strong>Results: </strong>There was a significant difference between the needs prioritization of trainers and educational managers (p=0.001). The most important need was “holding non-attendance courses by sending selftraining books and supplies ” in trainers’ viewpoint and “ Familiarity with the methods and techniques of teaching and class managing ” in managers’ viewpoint.
