fa آموزش وظیفه‌مدار: روشی برای ارتقای مهارت های قابل‌انتقال در برنامه درسی سلامت Health پژوهشی کيفی Qualitative Research <p> <strong> مقدمه: </strong>با پیشرفت تکنولوژی­ و تغییر روش­های کاری، انعطاف­پذیر و تعدیل‌پذیربودن کارکنان در محیط‌های کاری به‌عنوان ضرورت مطرح می­شود. در این مقاله، مفهوم آموزش وظیفه‌مدار مطرح می­شود که روش منحصربه‌فردی برای آموزش با هدف توسعه مهارت­های قابل‌انتقال در دانشجویان است. این روش آموزش به دانشجو امکان تخصصی‌سازی دانش و توسعه تعدیل‌پذیری و انطباق‌پذیری اساسی را می­دهد. هدف این مقاله، بحث در مورد کسب مهارت­های قابل‌انتقال در برنامه درسی است و تفکر فعلی در خصوص مهارت­های قابل‌انتقال و طرح و برنامه دولت برای نیروی کار کاملاً ماهر را ارایه می­­دهد. </p><p> <strong> نتیجه­گیری: </strong>آموزش وظیفه­مدار، راهبردی برای آموزش ارایه می­نماید که بر ساختارهای آموزشی متمرکز است و از این تفکر حمایت می‌کند که یادگیری در پزشکی زمانی موثرتر است که در موقعیت‌های عملی واقعی و توسط متخصص ارایه شود. </p> <p> <strong> Introduction: </strong>With the advancement of technology and the rate of change of working practices it is seen as essential to future employees to be flexible and adaptable in the approach to the working environment. This article will introduce the concept of the task-based learning, which is a unique method of learning aimed at developing transferable skills in undergraduates. This mode of learning allows the student to contextualize knowledge and helps develop critical appraisal and adaptability. This article aims to discuss the issues surrounding the acquisition of transferable skills in the curriculum.
