fa مقایسه وضع موجود و مطلوب اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس در اعضای هیات علمی؛ دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان روش­‌های ارزشیابی در علوم پزشکی Evaluation Methods in Medical Sciences توصيفی و نظرسنجی Descriptive & Survey <p dir="RTL"><strong>اهداف:</strong> یکی از مهم‌ترین ابعاد تضمین‌کننده سلامت در فرآیند یاددهی- یادگیری در نظام حرفه‌ای آموزش عالی، بحث اخلاق و مولفه‌های اخلاقی است. در این میان اساتید دانشگاه‌ها و موسسات آموزش عالی نیازمند پرداختن به اصول اخلاقی در حوزه حرفه و رسالت خود هستند که رعایت اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس یکی از آن موارد است. هدف این مطالعه، مقایسه وضع موجود و مطلوب کیفیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان از دیدگاه دانشجویان بود.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>ابزار و روش‌ها:</strong> در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی در اردیبهشت 1394، 318 نفر از دانشجویان مقاطع تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان که در نیمه دوم سال تحصیلی 94-1393 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، به‌شیوه نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای دردسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسش‌نامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون <span dir="LTR">T</span> گروه‌های هم‌بسته و با کمک نرم‌افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS 21</span> مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین نمرات وضعیت موجود کیفیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس و تمامی مولفه‌های آن با وضعیت مطلوب تفاوت معنی‌داری داشت (01/0<span dir="LTR">p<</span>). بین دیدگاه دانشجویان در زمینه کیفیت مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس اساتید دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان براساس جنسیت، رشته و مقطع تحصیلی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود نداشت (05/0<span dir="LTR">p></span>).</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس اساتید دانشگاه سیستان و بلوچستان کمی بالاتر از حد متوسط ارزیابی می‌شود، اما بین وضعیت موجود اخلاق حرفه‌ای تدریس اساتید با وضعیت مطلوب آن فاصله وجود دارد. </p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt;"><strong>Aims:</strong> In the professional higher education system, one of the important health guarantee dimensions in the teaching-learning process is ethics and ethical component discourse. The university teachers need to be bounded by the ethical principles in their professions, including teaching professional ethics. The aim of this study was to compare between the current and the desired situations of the quality of teaching professional ethics in the faculty memebers of Sistan and Baluchestan University from the students’ viewpoints.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt;"><strong>Instrument & Methods:</strong> In the descriptive cross-sectional study, 318 graduate students of Sistan and Baluchestan University, who were studying at the second semester of 2014-15 academic year, were selected via Available Stratified Sampling Method in May 2015. The study tool was Teaching Professional Ethics Questionnaire. Data was analyzed in SPSS 21 software using Correlated Groups T test.</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt;"><strong>Findings:</strong> There was a significant difference between mean scores of the current quality of teaching professional ethics and its components and the desired situation (p<0.01). There was no significant correlation between the students’ viewpoints on the quality of the components of teaching professional ethics in the teachers of Sistanand Baluchestan University based on gender, field of study, and educational level (p>0.05).</p> <p style="margin-left:42.55pt;"><strong>Conclusion:</strong> In the teachers of Sistan and Baluchestan University, teaching professional ethics is assessed slightly more than the average level.
