Methods:Correlation research was based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population consisted of 3rd grade high school girl students in Babil city. In this research, 260 people were selected using cluster random sampling. Data collection tools included Schumer epistemological beliefs questionnaire, English language class anxiety questionnaire and Oxford language learning strategies questionnaire. Results:The results showed that there is a positive relationship between epistemological beliefs and English anxiety and there is a significant reverse relationship between learning strategies and English anxiety. The research model was also confirmed and, in general, 30% of the English anxiety was explained by epistemological beliefs, language learning strategies. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between knowledge management and empowerment dimensions of staff in Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences in 2017. Methods: The present study is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of this study was 110 employees of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences. A sample of 86 people was selected randomly. To collect data, two types of standard questionnaire, knowledge management (Shoron Lawson, 2003) with 24 questions and standard questionnaire for psychological empowerment (Spritzer & Mishra) were used with 15 questions. The questionnaires have good validity and their reliability is equal to 0/79, 0/83 Has been achieved. The statistical method used in this research is Spearman correlation test.   Results: There is a significant relationship between knowledge management and employee empowerment (p<0/05). Also, there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and dimensions of competency, autonomy, impact, meaningfulness and trust. Conclusion: Knowledge management as a strategic need is educational for organizations and it guarantees long-term advantages, as well as educational organizations to seize the intellectual property of their employees and to empower them. Methods: This study was conducted in a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population included all faculty members and students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 97-96. The sample size was estimated using simple random sampling method, 257 professors and 361 students. Data gathering tools included: 1.The questionnaire of 34 questionnaires was used for teaching professors with a coefficient of reliability of 0.915 and 2. The questionnaire was 33 questions of student coaching method with a reliability coefficient of 0.935. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the faculty members. The collected data were analyzed using independent t-test and one way analysis of variance. Results: Findings show that there is a significant difference between the views of faculty members and students regarding the quality of coaching method. In terms of the components and characteristics of the subject, students and professors had a mean and standard deviation (6.38 ± 6.9, 36.87 ± 6.71), respectively, and in terms of the characteristics and characteristics of the trainer, respectively, from the viewpoint of the professors and Students with mean and standard deviation (25.22 ± 5.34, 27.83 ± 3.93) and in the component of organizational requirements and conditions, were from the viewpoint of faculty members and students with mean and standard deviation (21.24 ± 5.55) 24, 30.44 ± 5.05) There is a difference between the views of the professors and the students.  Conclusion: Based on the findings, it can be concluded that faculty members have a more favorable view toward students than their coaching methods.   Coaching method Coaching Tabriz University of Medical Sciences 2019 7 01 18 25 http://edcbmj.ir/article-1-1555-en.pdf

The purpose of this study was to design and psychometric evaluation of measurement tools for Institutional research functions. Method: This combined research was conducted in 1397 in the research community of faculty members and managers of the University of Technology in Noushirvani. The basic tool is through the extensive study of theoretical foundations, previous research on related articles, and the functions of Institutional research at the top universities, with 70 designed items which was reduced to 58 courses in two Delphi stages (10 people).Ultimately, the confirmatory factor analysis of the mentioned tool was confirmed using Smart Pls3 software. Findings: After completing the validity and reliability steps, a questionnaire with 6 dimensions and 37 items was designed. The content validity index of all items was higher than 0.7. In construct validity study, the factor load factor of all items, the proper values were mostly higher than 0.7, the reliability of both criteria (Cronbach's alpha, composite reliability) all dimensions greater than 0.7, the average of extracted variance (AVE) in all dimensions was greater than 0.5. Teaching methods should be tailored to the goals and content of the teaching and tailored to the needs of the learners. Therefore, the present study was aimed at explaining teaching-learning strategies in the formulation of a monotheistic fundamentalistic curriculum. Methods: The present study is a cross-sectional study involving qualitative and quantitative parts. In qualitative section, content analysis method was used quantitatively and in a small part of the survey method. In the content analysis, 42 articles were reviewed in accordance with the criteria. The proposed data was integrated into the proposed model. The survey instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by five specialists in the field of science education. To validate the proposed model, 20 experts from the field of science were selected purposefully and the proposed model was validated based on their opinions. The results were analyzed using SPSS 18 software. Methods: The present study was carried out in combination with two qualitative and quantitative methods,the statistical population was undergraduate students at Allameh Tabatabaei University. The experimental group used a hypertext e-book. The data collection tool was a teacher test questionnaire whose validity was confirmed by specialists in the field of educational science. Using descriptive and inferential statistics (covariance and regression). Results: By comparing the data obtained in the control and test groups, the learning method with a hypertext e-book increased the learning and memory of students in the lessons of research methods in educational sciences in the experimental group (P value <0.05). The difference in mean of experimental and control groups is not significant at reminder level. However, the difference between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the level of understanding with regard to F at the level of less than 0.05 was significant. Also, the difference between the mean scores on the level of work and the higher, according to the obtained T, is significant at the level of less than 0.01. Therefore, it is considered necessary to recognize the strengths and weaknesses of our country's curriculum. Therefore, the aim of this study was comparative study of nursing Ph.D courses in Iran with Yale School of Nursung. Method: This descriptive-comparative study was conducted in 2018. After receiving Ph.D. Curriculum from Iran and Yale School of Nursung, comparison was performed using the Beredy pattern. This template consists of comparative studies that include four stages of description, interpretation, neighborhood, and comparison. Result: Despite some similarities in admission, attention to fair service and equality of rights, community-centered nursing profession, the expression of competencies, differences there were in holding seminars in the field of dissertation, clinical staffing of faculty members, having an operational plan , Bidding to fulfill the mission and vision, having a DNP course between Yale and Iran. Materials and Methods: The present research was experimental. The research population consisted of all 7th grade students in Tehran during the academic year 1397-1396. Using multi-stage cluster sampling, 120 students (60 female students, 60 male students) were selected as sample. A questionnaire for solving the Hepner and Peterston questionnaires was used to collect data, which was carried out in two stages: pre-test and post-test. Data were analyzed using covariance statistical test. Results: The findings showed that two methods of teaching visualization strategy and self-regulation training were effective on increasing students' problem solving skills, but there was no significant difference between the effects of these two methods. It was also found that the training of visualization strategy increased the mean of the component of trust in problem solving, the style of avoidance tendency and personal control, but self-regulation education had a significant effect only on the component of trust in problem solving and the style of avoidance tendency. Also, the results showed that learning the learning strategy of visualization in the component of personal control was more effective than self-regulation education. Conclusion: The results showed that learning the learning strategy of visualization and self-regulation education in problem-solving skills influenced the male students more than female students. Methods: The research method was descriptive-correlational and its statistical population included all high school students in Nehbandan city in the academic year of 2016-2017, among whom 216 were selected by multi-stage cluster sampling. To collect data, the identity identity questionnaire (Wass and Isaacson, 2008); target orientation (Midgley et al., 1998) and mindfulness (Baer et al., 2010) used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Leisrel software. Results: Based on the structural equation model, relationships between variables have appropriate fit and show results; there is a relationship between goal orientations with educational identity with mindfulness mediation (0.06). Methods: Correlation research method was structural equation model. The statistical population of the study consisted of all female students of Medical science University of Kermanshah in the academic year of 215-16, among which 140 were selected as sample size. The instruments used in this study included Identity and Felt Educational Perfectionism Questionnaire (1991), Solomon and Root Blum (1984) and Scholar Enrollment Questionnaire Franklin and Longford (2002). For data analysis, structural modeling and partial least squares algorithm (PLS) and software (SPSS) were used. Instruments were worthy of reliability and reliability. In data analysis, structural equation modeling was used to study the causal model between variables. Results:The findings showed that academic perfectionism directly affects academic proclivity and emotional self-awareness. Also, emotional self-awareness has a negative and significant relationship with academic procrastination. The value (GOF=0/44) indicates a general and robust fit of the research model, which suggests fitting the data with the proposed research model. Conclusions: According to the findings of this study, it can be said that educational perfectionism has an effect on academic proclivity and emotional self-awareness of students. This research has been done to investigate the management status of this program. Method:Thiscross-sectional study was descriptive-analytic.The population were the country's37 experts. The sampling was purposeful and tool was a researcher-made questionnaire Includes 23 items and 7 components in Likert scale. The validity was confirmed by the experts. The reliability confirmed by Alpha coefficient was rated 0.81. Data analysis done by descriptive statistics, independent t-test and variance analysis. Findings:In terms of experts, the most goal of the program was"create and develop a new and innovative solution"(mean3.86 ± 0.91),The implementation method was more the "continuous development" (3.45 ± 1.01), The most progressive actors were "acting for better regulation of activities" (3.36 ± 0.89, Developmental strategies were more "participatory" (3/56 ± 1/4), Life cycle was more in the "low resistance to change" stage (3.64 ± 0.97), The causes of resistance were more "individual" (3.94 ± 0.74) And transformational levels, the most was "knowledge change" (3.91 ± 0.76).Average scores based on work record, degree, academic rank,age and place of service There was no significant difference,but gender was significant.
