مقایسه دو روش آمادگی بدنی بر تحکیم (مبتنی بر ارتقاء) حافظه حرکتی آشکار دانشجویان

زمینه و اهداف: با توجه به نقش خواب بر بهبود اجرای مهارت‌های حرکتی، پژوهشگران به دنبال راهکارهای مؤثر جهت اثربخشی بیش‌تر خواب شبانه هستند. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آمادگی بدنی (گرم کردن اختصاصی و تسهیل عصبی عضلانی) بر تحکیم (مبتنی بر ارتقاء) حافظه حرکتی آشکار دانشجویان بود.

روش بررسی: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، جزء پژوهش‌های کاربردی محسوب می‌گردد.  32 دانشجوی پسر واجد شرایط در سال 1395، به‌طور تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‌ها بر اساس نمرات پیش‌آزمون، در سه گروه کنترل، گرم کردن اختصاصی و تسهیل عصبی عضلانی قرار گرفتند. آزمودنی‌ها در روز اول پس از انجام تمرینات مربوط به گروه خود و 54 کوشش پرتاب دارت،  بلافاصله در آزمون اکتساب (9 کوشش) شرکت کردند. سپس در صبح روز دوم پس از خواب شبانه، آزمون باز آزمایی (9کوشش) به عمل آمد. برای ارزیابی هماهنگی اندام از میانگین مجذور خطای بهنجار شده استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار آماری Spss v 21 در سطح معناداری 0/05=α و آزمون­های تحلیل واریانس یک‌طرفه و t همبسته استفاده گردید.

یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مؤلفه هماهنگی اندام، قبل و بعد از خواب شبانه فقط در گروه گرم کردن اختصاصی معنی‌دار بوده است. هم‌چنین نتایج حاکی از تفاوت معنادار آماری   بین دو گروه کنترل و گرم کردن اختصاصی در مؤلفه هماهنگی اندام بعد از خواب شبانه  بود.

نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تمرینات گرم کردن اختصاصی قبل از اجرای پرتاب دارت بر تحکیم (مبتنی بر ارتقاء) مؤلفه هماهنگی اندام تأثیرگذار است.
