رابطه انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران

مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین رابطه انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی با نقش میانجی خودکارآمدی در دانشجویان انجام‌شده است.
روش کار: روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع توصیفی و به‌صورت همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران می‌باشد که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تعداد 405 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب‌شده‌اند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که به همین منظور از پرسشنامه انگیزش پیشرفت هرمنس، پرسشنامه فرسودگی تحصیلی برسو یا مسلش و خودکارآمدی شرر استفاده شد. پایایی ابزار با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرون باخ محاسبه‌شده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که رابطه معنی‌دار و مثبتی بین انگیزش پیشرفت و خودکارآمدی، رابطه معنی‌دار و منفی بین انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی و رابطه معنی‌دار و منفی بین خودکارآمدی و فرسودگی تحصیلی وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که خودکارآمدی نقش میانجی را در رابطه بین انگیزش پیشرفت و فرسودگی تحصیلی بازی می‌کند.
نتیجه گیری: انگیزش پیشرفت بر فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان تأثیر مثبت بسزایی دارد یعنی با افزایش میزان انگیزش پیشرفت از فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان کاسته می‌شود و با کاهش میزان انگیزش پیشرفت، فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان بیشتر می‌شود و نیز تقویت متغیر خودکار آمدی می‌تواند به‌عنوان عاملی برای افزایش انگیزش پیشرفت و کاهش فرسودگی تحصیلی دانشجویان باشد.
