Predicting Psychological Well-Being Based on Mindfulness with Mediation of Emotion Regulation in Adolescent Girls

Introduction: Predicting psychological well-being based on mindfulness with mediation of emotion regulation in adolescent girls was the main objective of this study.
Methods: Based on the assumptions of correlational research and path analysis, necessary information was collected by implementing three scales of psychological well-being, mindfulness, and mediation of emotion regulation on a selected sample (N=135) of adolescent girls studying in the academic year 1402-1403 in Karaj city using a simple random method.
Results: The results of path analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between mindfulness and psychological well-being with mediation of positive and negative emotion regulation strategies.
Conclusion: Predicting psychological well-being based on mindfulness with mediation of emotion regulation in adolescent girls was the main objective of this study.
