Aims: Today, the promotion of human health is far beyond the legal requirements for health and safety and includes any action to improve their health. The purpose of this study was to design health education strategies for human resources in one of the banks of the country. Methods: This qualitative content analysis research is based on a semi-structured interviewing tool. The number of participants in this research was 14 experts who were selected through purposeful sampling. To analyze the interview texts, content analysis was used based on the constant comparison between Strauss and Corbin. Data validation has been referred to experts and participants in the research. Results: The results of open, axial and selective coding showed: Human resources health education strategies in the studied bank include: planning strategies (forecasting, employing specialized staff, training needs assessment, determining strategies and vision and etc.), Executive strategies (replacement of temporary staff, outsourcing, comprehensive health education and etc.), assessment strategies (continuous monitoring of effectiveness and review) and global strategies (attention to international trends and changes and etc.). Conclusion: Considering the strategies derived from the research, attention to the vision of the banking and health field, resources and executive constraints, the proper assessment of the effects of education and international trends in the field of health education to manpower can have positive results in this regard To follow.
