The data collection was carried out by a standardized questionnaire which included two sections: demographic data and the second section which involved: objectives and training program, instructor’ performance, communication between the instructor and the operating room staff, educational environment, monitoring and evaluation of clinical education. Data analysis was performed by using SPSS software version 21, Chi-square, Fisher's exact, independent t-test and Friedman test.
