The purpose of this research is to compare the patterns of attracting and training gifted children in identifying and guiding the best talents in Iran with developed countries. In this comparison, the two countries of America have been selected due to the variety of methods of finding talent and training the gifted, and Spain because it is at a relatively favorable level in terms of economy and the history and richness of the education of students.
Methods: The current research was carried out with a descriptive-comparative method with a qualitative approach, and the required information was collected by using authentic documents, and by classifying and analyzing the information. The statistical population includes all countries that have a program in the field of identifying and training the gifted, and the countries of America, Spain, and the Islamic Republic of Iran were purposefully selected as a statistical sample.the content was comparied with using the four-stage model of "George Z.F. Brady". tool for data collection was comparative tables. Comparative qualitative methods, especially the Brody method, analysis, interpretation of information, summarization and categorization have been used for data analysis.: the findings show that in our country, benefits such as healthy and nationwide selection and scientific synergy of gifted students cannot be ignored. However, we are facing disadvantages such as delays in identifying superior talents, the lack of teaching units related to gifted students in teacher training, and the lack of standard and diverse methods of talent identification. It seems that the methods of identification in America are much more diverse and up-to-date than those of Iran and Spain, and the Shahab plan, which has been implemented in our country for the past few years, is more similar to the methods of finding talent in the United States.
