Designing a professional ethics institutionalization model with a responsibility approach in Mashhad University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Currently, professional ethics and responsibility are important organizational capabilities and assets that can greatly help the organization in achieving its goals. Therefore, for today's organizations, it is very important to design measures and indicators related to professional ethics and responsibility and its development. Therefore, the current research was developed with the aim of designing a model of institutionalization of professional ethics with a responsibility approach in 1402..
Methods: The research is qualitative with an inductive approach and the research strategy is content analysis. The statistical population was university experts and specialists who were selected as the sample size using the principle of saturation and purposeful and judgmental sampling. In order to collect data, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were used. Data analysis was done using the qualitative data analysis method known as content analysis, using Max Kyoda software version 2018.
Results: Based on the findings of the research, the final model of the research includes 2 dimensions of professional ethics and responsibility with 12 components, of which 5 components are related to the dimension of professional ethics and 7 components are related to the dimension of responsibility.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, by strengthening the responsibility and its dimensions in the organization's employees, it can be expected that professional ethics will be institutionalized in all dimensions in the organization. |
