Introduction: saying that creativity and happiness as one of the capabilities of the human mind play a major role in innovation and solving human problems. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the role of meaning of life and academic vitality in predicting creativity and happiness of high school students.
Methods: A correlation study design was used for this research. The statistical population of this study was all second-grade female students in the 1398- 1398 academic year. A multistage cluster sampling method was used and 103 people were selected as the sample size using the Cochran formula. The main tools for collecting information in this study were the meaning of the life of Stiiger et al. (2006), Chary and Dehghanizadeh (2013), Randsip's creativity (1979) and Oxford Happiness (1999).
Results: The results of Pearson correlation coefficient indicated that there was a positive and significant relationship between the meaning of life with happiness (r = 0.27) at 99% confidence level, but there was not a meaningful relationship between meaning of life and creativity (p≤0.05) , There is also a positive and significant relationship between academic vitality and creativity (r = 0.33) and happiness (r = 0.32) among female students at 95% confidence level.
Conclusion: Educational system and educational planners should pay special attention to scientific and educational programs with regard to creativity and happiness that can be trained.
