پیش‌بینی اهمال‌کاری‌تحصیلی بر اساس هوش‌هیجانی با نقش واسطه‌ای سرمایه‌روان‌شناختی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی

مقدمه: اهمال‌کاری‌تحصیلی، به تعویق انداختن انجام تکالیف آموزشی و پژوهشی است که عوامل هیجانی، انگیزشی و توانمندی‌های روان‌شناختی فراگیران در آن نقش دارند. ازاین‌رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی اهمال‌کاری تحصیلی بر اساس هوش‌هیجانی با نقش واسطه‌ای سرمایه‌روان‌شناختی در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی انجام شد.
روش کار: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. از بین دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کاشان در سال تحصیلی 1396- 1395، 300 دانشجو، از دانشکده‌های دندان‌پزشکی (14 نفر)، پزشکی (144 نفر)، پیراپزشکی (44 نفر)، پرستاری (65 نفر)، بهداشت (33 نفر) به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های اهمال‌کاری‌تحصیلی Solomon و Rothblum، هوش‌هیجانی Bar- On و سرمایه‌روان‌شناختی Luthans & et al جمع‌آوری شدند. همه پرسشنامه‌ها دارای روایی و پایایی مطلوبی بودند. داده‌ها به‌وسیله آزمون‌های ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندمتغیری به شیوه گام به گام تحلیل شدند.
یافته‌ها: بین هوش‌هیجانی و مؤلفه‌های خودکارآمدی، امیدواری، تاب آوری و خوش بینی با اهمال‌کاری‌تحصیلی رابطه معناداری و منفی وجود دارد (01/0 > P). هوش‌هیجانی سهم مثبت و معناداری در پیش‌بینی مولفه‌های سرمایه‌روان‌شناختی دارد و مولفه‌های سرمایه‌روان‌شناختی در رابطه هوش‌هیجانی و اهمال‌کاری‌تحصیلی نقش واسطه‌ای دارد (01/0 > P).
نتیجه‌گیری: نقش واسطه‌ای مولفه‌های سرمایه‌روان‌شناختی در رابطه هوش‌هیجانی و اهمال‌کاری‌تحصیلی جزیی است. سرمایه روان‌شناختی تأثیر هوش هیجانی را بر اهمال‌کاری کاهش می‌دهد اما این تأثیر کامل نیست، یعنی رابطه هوش هیجانی و اهمال‌کاری هم چنان معنادار باقی می‌ماند. لذا به منظور کاهش اهمال‌کاری دانشجویان و پیشگیری از تأثیر آسیب‌زای هوش هیجانی پایین در بروز مشکلات تحصیلی، پیشنهاد می‌شود علاوه بر بهبود سطح هوش هیجانی، زمینه ارتقاء سرمایه روان‌شناختی نیز فراهم شود
