Designing A Conceptual Model for the School Management Quality Assessment and Assurance System Based on The Fundamental Transformation Document

Introduction: Education, as the foundation of sustainable development of societies, always requires continuous review, transformation, and improvement in management and quality systems. In this regard, the Fundamental Transformation Document of Education has been developed as a roadmap for the education system of Iran to determine the path of excellence and progress. One of the important pillars of this document is the emphasis on establishing a system for measuring and ensuring the quality of school management; because without a coherent conceptual model, effective improvement in the educational and management processes of schools cannot be expected.
Methods: In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of designing a conceptual model of the system for measuring and ensuring the quality of school management based on the Fundamental Transformation Document. For this purpose, the researcher designed semi-structured interview questions by reviewing the research literature and some experts and conducted interviews with experts and experts in this field. In addition, considering the use of a targeted approach and the application of the theoretical saturation criterion, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 20 experts in the field under study and the collected information was analyzed based on data-based theory.
Findings: Finally, 196 identifiers were placed as central phenomena (6 categories), causal conditions (4 categories), main category, background conditions (7 categories), intervening conditions (7 categories), strategies (8 categories), and consequences (4 categories).
Conclusion: To achieve the lofty goals of the Transformation Document, we need a comprehensive and dynamic system for evaluating and ensuring the quality of school principals' performance; A system that not only addresses current strengths and weaknesses, but also provides a path for continued development and growth.
