Methods: Type of research is Non-experimental - Descriptive one in terms of controlling the variables. The statistical society of such research is the faculty members at the foregoing university who were about 2110 members in 2018-2019 that the final sample volume has been specified equivalent to 325 members applying Morganchr('39')s table and stratified random sampling. Meanwhile the data has been collected using INVEST Questionnaire and then analyzed based on two levels of Descriptive and Inferential Statistics applying SPSS22 & LISREL10 soft warechr('39')s.
Results: The results arising from such research are indicative of this matter that the Iran University of Medical Sciences stands in the intermediate level and even upper intermediate one in terms of enjoying the learning organizationchr('39')s features. In this regard, the data analysis shows that there has been a meaningful difference (P<0.05) among the experimental, empirical and theoretical averages related to the motivated learners, breeding culture, increased learning, supportive management and the learning perspective and outlook while there has been no meaningful difference observed between the variable experimental and theoretical averages relevant to the changeable structures.
