Introduction:Studies have shown that by using hidden curriculum management, professionalism cases such as euthanasia can be identified in medical education and planned to strengthen and improve it. The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of hidden curriculum on the attitude towards euthanasia in medical students. Methods:The research method was correlational. The statistical population included all the students of Kerman University of Medical Sciences in 2023, and 150 of them were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling. To collect information, Tordella and Nutens (1979) attitude towards euthanasia scale and researcher-made questionnaire of hidden curriculum were used. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation and regression) were used to analyze the data using SPSS-22 statistical software. Results:The findings showed that there is a negative relationship between the attitude towards euthanasia and the hidden curriculum (r=-0.634). Conclusion: In line with the results of the present study, it seems necessary to pay more attention to the hidden curriculum in medical universities.
