Introduction: The purpose of this study was to prediction of students psychological well-being based on multicultural experiences among students of Ph.D. University of Bu Ali Sina, To achieve this goal, was used a descriptive correlational study. Methods: The statistical population of this study is the Ph.D. students of Bu Ali Sina University in the academic year of 96-97 With 854 people what using a stratified sampling method, 269 people were selected using Morgan's table. Information Collection Tool was Narvaez and Hill multicultural experiences questionnaire of (2009) and Ryff psychological well-being questionnaire (1998). For data analysis, Pearson correlation and stepwise regression methods have been used. Results: The results of this study showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between multicultural experiences. Also, multicultural experience alone Explain the 17 hundredth of the variance of psychological well-being and with Multicultural desire explains the hundredth of the variance of psychological well-being. Conclusions: In the first step Entered multicultural experience and has a meaningful and positive coefficient (0.418) and in the second step entered the multicultural desire in Equation and also has a meaningful and positive coefficient (0.196).
