Provide a knowledge market model Based on industry-university relationship

Introduction: The development and development of any country depends on the proper interaction of two important sectors of industry and academia. Therefore, the present study aimed to provide a market model of knowledge based on industry-university communication.
Method: This research was a qualitative research based on data theory in 1398. The statistical community consists of experts and experts in the field of industry-university communication, which was chosen as a targeted, snowball type. Interviewed with 13 specialist and university staff members were interviewed. Data were analyzed in three stages of open, axial, and selective coding.
Results: The result of the encodings in the paradigm and conceptual model illustrates that the knowledge market is based on industry-university communication based on the separation of industry and university tasks, university move towards entrepreneurship and third generation, science application, industry-university communication, university-based, human resources , Financial factors, educational-research factors, cultural factors, industrial factors, social factors, economic factors, international factors, political factors, wealth production, dynamic capabilities, social advantage.
Conclusion: Effective communication between the university and the industry improves the interaction and interaction between the two institutions, and the quality and relevance of academic courses at the university have increased with the needs of the industry, and consequently the scientific and practical capabilities of the students, and the ground for innovation and advancement in organizations and Society gets promoted. For this reason, the existence of a systematic and lasting link between the university and industry requires long-term planning, particularly strategic planning based on the cooperation of all stakeholders.
