Design and psychometrics (validation) validation and psychometrics of measuring tools for the development of educational organizations with an emphasis on entrepreneurial drivers

Introduction: This research has been conducted aiming for design and psychometrics evaluation of educational organizations' development assessment tool with an emphasis on entrepreneurship drivers.
Methods: This research is of a mixed sequential exploratory type, the statistical population in the qualitative part is expert faculty members and expert researchers in the field of higher education system, and in the quantitative part, the academic faculty members of the universities of Golestan province, including Islamic Azad University, Medical Sciences, Natural Resources, and Payam Noor. The samples included 19 people in the qualitative section by a targeted method and 279 people in the quantitative section were selected by stratified random method. After interviews and data saturation, the categories were identified and coded. Thus, a questionnaire with 5 dimensions and 89 items was designed. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was checked and the confirmatory factor analysis method was used for the construct validity. The reliability of the questionnaire was checked with Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability tests.
Results: The formal and content validity of the questionnaire was checked and 16 questions were removed, leaving 73 questions. Then the narrative structure was examined. The results showed that the factor loading of all questions was above 0.5 and the average extracted variance was above 0.5, as well as the reliability of both criteria of all dimensions was above 0.7 and finally the questionnaire with 5 dimensions and 73 questions were confirmed.
Conclusion: The tool designed to measure the development of educational organizations with an emphasis on entrepreneurial drivers has validity and can be used as a tool for evaluating the development of educational organizations with an emphasis on entrepreneurship motivators.
