This study aims to identify Challenges of International Students at State Universities of Tehran by using Q-methodology and Q factor analysis. Typically, Q- Method is considered as mix of quantitative and qualitative methods and it is an approach in which various thinking patterns can be revealed. In the present study, after studying the literature and doing in-depth interviews with 15 elites in researchers, 31 statements were identified. In the next step, 31 identified Challenges were prioritized by interviewees. Finally, Q factor analysis identified two subjective patterns using SPSS software.
